We are deaf led company working within people in their own homes.

We have trained experienced & DBS checked carers. Our staff are dedicated to support & care for you or your loved ones in the comfort of your own home to live independently.

All of our staff are introduced to clients in advance.

They are trained in infection prevention and control, PPE and first Aid and have Care certificate training.

All staffs are provided with hand gel and PPE.

We strongly believe that communication is vital for people’s peace of mind and self-confidence. So, our staff are happy to sit and chat to keep people company. Our staff have qualification in British Sign Language and they have the ability to adjust their signs to match their client’s communication needs.

We strive to maintain continuity in relation to the care worker and the client, therefore building up a relationship of reliability, trust and often friendships

A service to clients/service users to assist with their needs and promote their independence and to help build up their confidence and self-reliance. We also provide care/support/companionship and enablement in the community as we challenge loneliness, mental health issues and inequality.

To provide a quality service to our clients/service users that will help them prosper and grow, through the feeling of wellbeing leading to an increase quality of life.

Individual Service to support clients. Service types- Supported living service, extra care housing service, domiciliary care service, community-based services for people with a learning disability.

We aim to this by assisting clients within their own homes, taking clients to appointment both medical and social, aiding them with their shopping, events and we can provide support for the day trips out and holidays.

We provide a service to clients/service users to assist with their needs and promote their independence and to help build up their confidence and self- reliance. We also provide care/support/companionship and enablement in the community as we challenge loneliness, mental health issues and inequality.

Our aim is to promote quality of life and independence to customers, whilst maintaining their freedom, dignity and privacy in a sensitive and professional manner.

We support equality for all people: –

Adult 18 plus within their own homes to support them to living independently within in their community – shopping/medical appts and gym, events to attended, communicate (All our staff have their sign-video language on the phone) social events, visit friends/family, walking dogs, vet/grooming appts, teach encourage cooking, teach/encourage to stay on budgets to spends, teach/encourage to clean their homes, guide to drop work experience/work, garden centres, home repairs visits, paper works bills, holidays.

Sensory Impairment within their own homes to support them to living independently within in their community. Our staffs are training with deafblind manual and hand on manual, we support them go to shopping/medical appts, physio appt and gym, events to attended, communicate (All our staff have their sign-video language on the phone) social events, visit friends/family and support groups, walking guide dogs, vet/grooming appts, teach encourage cooking, teach/encourage to stay on budgets to spends, teach/encourage to clean their homes, paper works bills, Youth clubs, Sports clubs, holiday.

Learning Disabilities/Autistics Spectrum Disorder (We are available to support them) within their own homes to support them to living independently within in their community. Our staffs are training with Spectrum Disorder, we support them go to shopping/medical appts, physio appt and gym, events to attended, communicate (All our staff have their sign-video language on the phone) social events, visit friends/family and support groups, walking guide dogs, vet/grooming appts, teach encourage cooking, teach/encourage to stay on budgets to spends, teach/encourage to clean their homes, paper works bills, Youth clubs, Sports clubs, holiday.

Services include:

  • Shopping -Doing a weekly or ad hoc shop, is an essential part of many routines that a support worker can help them with, picking up a few essential items and our staff can also accompany them to large supermarkets and not only this but can go on a casual day out browsing the local shops. This can be an even more enjoyable activity with someone to share with this.

  • Sport – a support worker can guide/accompany them to the gym to work out and to exercise classes, or swimming. The support worker can also encourage them to achieve their goals to get fit.

  • Social Club – support worker can guide/accompany them to enjoy time at a social club and bingo, to special events, the cinema and bowling.

  • Carer supported Holidays – a support worker can guide/accompany them on holidays either at home or aboard, to enjoy trips out to ensure they are safe. Making sure that their travel documents and paperwork are ready and easy for them to understand while on holiday.

  • Attending Appointment -can be stressful and a support worker can keep them company while in the waiting room and for deaf users the support worker can ensure the appointment has an interpreter booked.

  • Paperwork/bills/letters-can be hard to sort out so the support worker can help out to ensure that bills are paid up to date and organised by prioritising important documents.

  • Prepare a meal – Support workers can cook and pre-cook meals for clients throughout the day.

  • Company – a support worker can sit down and talk to them to help keep them happy and catch up on the news from without the home.

  • Night out -a support worker can guide/accompany them to birthday parties, events, meals out and to the pub.

  • Walking -rambling and viewing countryside.

  • Concierge services(Booking service)-Booking travel, make a dinner reservation, book car hire and local attractions, book hotels and tickets. The support worker can be there to go over the finer details and make important phone calls for them.

We can encourage all of our clients/ service users to learn in all areas especially in learning to cook, how to deal with finances e.g., on line banking etc and washing/ drying/ironing clothes, and household tasks.

The Target audience initially – would be support for deaf and deaf/blind people to also include the hard of hearing. So, they can continue to live within their own homes, and live more independently. This we aim to do this by meeting what we feel is a high demand within the Deaf Community by providing bespoke packages focused to specific needs giving enablement to the clients.

All services are ready to be offered to clients, pending approval of contracts.
